INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. The administrator of your personal data is Romor Marine Services sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, at Trzy Lipy 4/3, 80-172 Gdańsk, VAT 9571142778, REGON: 2521678977
2. Your personal data is processed on the basis of a clear confirmation action, which does not require your separate consent to their processing for the purposes of current recruitment (see Article 4 (11) of the GDPR Regulation).
3. You may at any time ask the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer it, as well as object to its further processing. For this purpose, you can contact us by e-mail by sending a message to the following address: rodo@romor.pl

5. The provided personal data will be processed until the purpose of processing, ie recruitment, ceases to exist, or until you submit an objection.
6. The personal data that you entrust to the Administrator are stored in a database that is secured in such a way that it does not fall into the wrong hands or is not lost.
7. The recipients of your personal data will only be persons authorized by the Administrator to process personal data in connection with recruitment.
8. Personal data will be stored on servers located in Poland and / or on servers located in third countries. Your personal data may also be transferred to the following entities: Polish and foreign shipowners and employers based in the territory of an EU / EEA country and a country ensuring an adequate level of protection of personal data processing operations according to the decision of the European Commission as well as a country that has not obtained decisions of the European Commission regarding the appropriate level of protection of personal data processing operations.
9. In the event of providing the data of the Next of Kin in the application / CV, you hereby undertake to provide the Nearest Family Member on behalf of the Administrator with this information clause.
10. Your personal data will not be subject to an automated decision-making process, the so-called profiling.
11. If you identify irregularities in the processing of personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, based in Warsaw (00-923), at Stawki Street 2.
